By accessing www.bookmybakra.com or initiating a booking inquiry with Book My Bakra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Book My Bakra provides an online platform for booking Shariah-compliant, naturally pastured sheep for Qurbani and Aqiqah purposes. We offer:

• Standard Size sheep (30-40 kg live weight) at a flat rate of ₹25,000
• Premium Large sheep (40-50 kg live weight) at a flat rate of ₹30,000
• Bulk / society orders for 3 or more animals with designated pickup delivery

Additional charges, if any (e.g., long-distance delivery beyond our standard zones), will be communicated clearly before booking confirmation.

Bookings are initiated via WhatsApp and confirmed only upon:

• Receipt of the advance payment or full payment as agreed
• Written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp

An inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability is subject to stock and is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are fixed at the time of booking confirmation and will not change thereafter.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• A non-refundable advance may be required to secure your booking during peak season (Eid al-Adha period).

• Delivery is to designated pickup points agreed upon at the time of booking.
• For bulk orders (3+ animals), delivery to a society/community pickup point is arranged.
• The customer is responsible for arranging transport from the pickup point onward.
• Risk of loss or injury to the animal passes to the customer upon handover at the pickup point.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by logistics, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Animals are naturally pastured and free from prohibited feed additives.
• In the unlikely event that an animal is found unfit upon delivery, we will arrange a replacement subject to availability, or offer a full refund.
• Complaints regarding animal health must be raised at the time of pickup. Post-handover complaints will not be entertained.

Our animals are selected to meet the standard Shariah requirements for Qurbani (Udhiyah) and Aqiqah. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify compliance with their personal religious requirements and consult a qualified Islamic scholar if needed. Book My Bakra does not accept liability for religious non-compliance arising from the customer's specific interpretive standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book My Bakra shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Loss arising from force majeure events (floods, strikes, government orders, etc.)
• Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics providers

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking to which the claim relates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
